IPEI  the contractual partner of the Rent A Port Group

For the Vietnamese province of Hai Phong and Quang Ninh, IPEI is the contractual partner of the Rent A Port Group

The partnership in Infra Asia Investment (Hong Kong) Ltd (IAI-HK) is:

  • Rent A Port group : 60%
  • IPEI : 40 %

That proportions is applicable on all projects of Deep C in the 2 provinces:

  • Deep C Port nr 1 (Dinh Vu Industrail Zone)
  • Deep C Port nr 2 (Hai Phong Industrial Park & Hong Duc Industrial Zone)
  • Deep C Port nr 3 (Cat Hai zone within Dinh Vu Industrial Zone)
  • Quang Ninh – Tien Phong Industrial Zone South (Nam Tien Phong)
  • Quang Ninh – Bac Tien Phong Industrial Zone

All together : 3.000 hectares of industrial fully equipped land with electric power, water treatment, security, pakr management, jetty services and all modern facilities and utilities (fiber optic cables, LED street lightning, …).
